The latest Zeus all-electric spray booth has been installed.
Todd Engineering has now installed multiple Zeus all-electric spray booths across the country, and the performance has exceeded customers’ expectations.
The latest installation was for Complete HGV Solution Group in Hoddesdon. Director Stuart Simpson was so impressed with the outcome that he promptly ordered their current Junair spray booths to be converted to Todd Engineering Zeus All-Electric specification.
The Todd Engineering Zeus cabin includes high-end features such as LED lighting and Inverter variable speed drives as standard. In addition, the air handling plant is designed to be compact & to be accessible

Far Infrared technology into a high-performance Todd Engineering spray booth, giving the ultimate paint finish. The Zeus reduces bake cycle times and provides access to work on the vehicles immediately after exiting the spray booth while giving substantial energy savings and the ability to run on renewable energy sources, meaning zero carbon emissions.
Here Todd Engineering has converted two existing spray booths into Zeus 8000 series specifications. As a result, Stuart could keep the current spray booth shells and update them with incredible results,
saving time, money and no wasted material.
