Wrights ARC Belfast choose Todd Spray booths.
Once again, Todd Engineering has had the privilege to be able to work with Wrights ARC.
Clearly, Wrights ARC were impressed by the first set of Poseidon booths we installed late 2019, because they ordered the same again for their site in Belfast.
The Todd Engineering Poseidon spray booth is an impressive piece of equipment. Fully downdraught type booth to ensure all overspray and dirt is immediately pulled to the floor; which eliminates overspray contaminating other areas of the paintwork and provides a perfect finish.
Each cabin is superbly lit with high-level light pods which are fitted with a hi-tech laser-etched 'Luminit' film. This removes the visual appearance of each individual LED and creates a flat panel of light which is distributed and angled to prevent glare and shadowing.
These LED's also consume 50% less energy than conventional tubes with an equivalent light.
Again Wrights have gone for both the three-leaf construction doors that open in a concertina fashion as well as a 3 phase electrically operated roller shutter door option to suit larger commercial vehicles.
Once again Wrights Accident Repair Centres are pleased with the outcome of these fantastic spray booths. Hopefully, it won't be too long before Todd Engineering and Wright ARC get the chance to work together again.
