The UK's leading manufacturer and Bodyshop equipment supplier, Todd Engineering, install a massive 40 ft Spartan spray booth and a paint mixing room in France for Selden masts.
Todd Engineering has worked with Selden Masts in the past, and they have returned to install a Spartan 2000 series spray booth and a new paint mixing room.
The Spartan spray booth being installed boasts a high airflow rate resulting in 5 air changes per minute, achieved using a highly efficient fan design and plant work configuration. Combined with energy-efficient technology, including variable speed drives and LED lighting, it ensures that the unit is very economical to run. In addition, the airflow design provides a good through-flow of air for the removal of paint overspray and vapours.
Seldon Masts chose to have this huge spray booth divided into four compartments. They had decided to have downdraught extraction instead of the standard side extraction that would typically come with the Spartan spray booth.
The Spartan spray booth is considered a dependable workhorse for any Bodyshop. The Spartan 2000 series is a premium extract-type spray booth offering high levels of performance at an affordable price. It is ideally suited for applications with a medium to high throughput.
