TODD ENGINEERING HAS INSTALLED A CUSTOM SPARTAN SPRAY BOOTH FOR GEMINI IN KETTERING.

The UK's leading manufacturer and Bodyshop equipment supplier, Todd Engineering, has again worked with the Gemini Group by installing a Spartan spray booth in Kettering this week.

Gemini has purchased the Spartan Spray booth to offer quality and robust finishes and quick turnaround times for their customers.

They decided to alter this model to suit the Bodyshop by making a side loading and incorporating the fantastic Todd Engineering Track and Skate system for ease of access.

Our track and skate systems can facilitate the movement of vehicles within the Bodyshop, allowing for a sideways motion of the cars through multiple stages of the refinishing process.

They can be integrated with our preparation bays, spray booths and polishing bays for a seamless flow. In addition, tracks can be fitted into or onto existing concrete floors and our raised floor configurations.

The Todd Engineering track and skate system comprises multiple plates and works seamlessly on high-quality rails designed for minimum friction, creating easy, fast, and effortless use. The skates are manufactured using lightweight aluminium, which guarantees no bending. Each plate weighs only 7 kg, and each plate's load capacity is 800 kg.

The Spartan boasts a high airflow rate resulting in 5 air changes per minute, using a highly efficient fan design and plant work configuration. Combined with energy-efficient technology, including variable speed drives and LED lighting, it ensures that it is very economical to run. In addition, the airflow design provides a good through-flow of air to remove paint overspray & vapours without the need for underfloor excavation, floor grids, etc., making installation very swift and straightforward.
