Todd Engineering has now completed the work at McPhee Mixers, which included installing three commercial spray booths, one Spartan spray booth, a Hades shot blast room, a paint mixing room and a small office.
Mcphee Mixers is one of the UK leading suppliers of Concrete Mixers, working with major companies across the country to improve mixers profitability and safety on the road. This independent UK company is awe-inspiring with an excellent reputation, and they are still growing.
A new site in Motherwell is now kitted out with the latest technology, including Todd Engineering Spray booths and equipment.
The commercial spray booths stand at 5 metres high, 15 metres long and 6 metres wide; they stand opposite the Shot blast room and standard Spartan spray booth.
The Spartan spray booth is a rear extraction spray booth that boasts a high airflow rate resulting in 5 air changes per minute, using a highly efficient fan design and plant work configuration. Combined with energy-efficient technology, including variable speed drives and LED lighting, it ensures that it is very economical to run.
Once the installation had begun, a PMR and Office added to the design, giving the overall structure a clean and truly impressive look.
Hopefully, there will be more work between Todd Engineering and McPhee Mixers as both companies grow.
